Privacy Notice
What this website processes today (very little), what will change when the application channel opens, and the commitments that hold in both states.
This notice describes the current, limited state of this website honestly, and pre-commits to how it will change before any personal data collection begins.
What this site processes today
This is a static website with no accounts, no payment, no application forms, no cookies set by us, and no third-party analytics, pixels, or session recording. The site makes no external runtime requests; fonts and assets are self-hosted.
The only processing connected to your visit is standard hosting/CDN access logs (IP address, user agent, requested URLs, timestamps) generated by the hosting provider for security and operation. We use such logs only in aggregate to operate the site.
When the China and Global sites enable mapped language links, the site stores your language preference locally in your browser. The preference remains valid for 180 days and is deleted on your next visit after expiry. It contains no identity data and does not share accounts or customer data between regions. A manual language choice always overrides browser language.
If you email us on your own initiative, we receive what you send. We use it to reply, do not add you to lists, and delete it on request.
What will change — and only after publication
Before the application channel for the 14-day GEO baseline opens, we will publish here:
- the operating entity (name, address) and a privacy contact;
- the exact fields collected (planned minimum: work email, company, website URL, target market, engagement context) with purpose, retention period, and deletion process;
- the processor list (hosting, form handling, email) and applicable data-processing terms;
- the data region: global-site submissions are processed in the global region only, never routed through China-region systems (see Data regions);
- the applicable rights framework (GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA/CPRA as relevant) and how to exercise those rights.
Until those items are published, no form exists on this site — deliberately.
Commitments that hold in both states
- We collect the minimum data needed for the stated purpose, and no more;
- We never sell personal data and never use it for advertising profiles;
- We do not request customer lists, chat logs, contracts, credentials, or identity documents — engagement design excludes them (compliance boundaries);
- Material changes to this notice update its date and are stated in plain language.
