Terms of Use

Terms for using this informational website — content status, simulated examples, no-guarantee provisions, and what changes when commercial terms are published.

Last updated: August 16, 2026

These terms cover use of this website in its current state: a pre-launch informational site describing the FactRelay practice. Service engagements are governed by written agreements, not by this page.

Content status

  • Documentation describes our methods and standards as practiced; it is provided for information, not as professional advice for your specific situation;
  • Simulated examples are labeled. The public demo case and every interface demonstration use fictional brands and independently written simulated data. Nothing labeled simulated describes a real customer, a real platform result, or an internal project record;
  • Software described as Private preview or Planned is not offered for download or purchase, and no such offer should be inferred;
  • Pricing shown is validation pricing — openly published test ranges, revisable, and not an offer capable of acceptance without a written quote.

No guarantees about third-party platforms

AI platforms change their systems continuously and independently of anyone’s optimization work. Nothing on this site promises rankings, mentions, recommendation rates, or any other outcome on any third-party platform. Measurement claims are bounded by their declared surfaces, samples, and dates (measurement standard).

Intellectual property

Site content, the FactRelay name, and the site’s design are ours or used under license (open-source fonts and icons retain their licenses). You may quote reasonable excerpts with attribution and a link; you may not republish substantial portions, use the name to imply endorsement, or present our published standards as your own.

Acceptable use

Do not probe, disrupt, or misrepresent this site; do not use its contents to construct deceptive claims about FactRelay or third parties.

Liability

The site is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for decisions made on the basis of informational content — engagement deliverables come with their own written terms.

When commercial terms arrive

Before the application channel opens, this page will be superseded by complete terms naming the operating entity, governing law, and dispute process, published alongside the privacy notice update.
